Rocks Farm - The Oast
Amidst lovely Sussex countryside, rolling down to the coast at Hastings just 3 miles away, this attractive oast house has been carefully converted into the three charming cottages two of which we offer here. With their compact and comfortable accommodation all on one level, they enjoy a quiet courtyard setting in wonderfully relaxing surroundings with lovely walks close by. This is the heart of 1066 Country – Battle and its famous abbey and museum are just a short drive and the Cinque Port of Rye, with its cobbled streets, interesting shops and galleries and lovely old inns boasting a fascinating smuggling history, is only 10 miles away. Hastings offers a modern pier, a promenade, local history museum and a sea life centre as well as excellent town amenities.
