Peacefully set on the edge of the village, just ½ mile from Crantock's wide expanse of golden sandy beach (pictured), this spacious property stands in half an acre of lawned garden. An ideal base for two families sharing, it is just a ¼ mile stroll from the village's two pubs, shops and restaurants. Newquay (3 miles) is a popular resort offering a wide range of entertainments including crazy golf, a boating lake, zoo, sea life aquarium, Dairyland and Country Life museum, indoor swimming pools and some of Cornwall's finest surfing beaches. Scenic excursions can by enjoyed on the Lappa Valley and Bodmin and Wenford steam railways, and Holywell Fun Park, Shires family adventure, a cider farm and ice cream farm at Callestick are all nearby. Trerice (N.T.), an Elizabethan house and garden, is a short drive and Lanhydrock House and the Eden Project are both under 25 miles. Truro 17 miles. The coastal footpath is easily accessible and a 2½ mile walk leads to Holywell and Perranporth beyond. Golf, riding and fishing can be enjoyed close by.
